Qualifications

• Experience operating dishwashing machines and cleaning utensils.
• Ability to wash, sanitize, and dry all kitchenware and utensils.
• Eligible to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communicator able to follow written and spoken instructions.
• Multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady workflow to keep up with kitchen and dining needs.
• Ensure cleaned items are sanitized and restocked promptly.
• Monitor and maintain dishwashing equipment; report issues.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Assist in keeping the back of house and restrooms clean and orderly.
• Manage waste disposal and keep garbage areas tidy.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols.

• Perform additional cleaning tasks to support operations.
