The Old Spaghetti Factory is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support a busy kitchen. You will wash, sanitize and organize dishware, keep the prep area clean, and help maintain food safety standards while collaborating with a friendly kitchen team.

No prior experience is required. A strong work ethic, positive attitude and reliability are valued, with flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen cookware efficiently and promptly, following established procedures and standards.
• Handle and store all dishes, utensils, and equipment properly to maintain cleanliness and prevent breakage or damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dishwashing area, including sweeping, squeegeeing, mopping, and emptying trash as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards and regulations including proper handling and disposal of waste and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
