Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen operations and cleanliness.
• Assist with ware-washing and kitchen production.
• Consolidate and rotate prepared food items daily.
• Perform food prep tasks and assist Chefs as assigned.
• Handle stewarding duties including receiving, stocking, and inventory tracking.
• Ensure daily and weekly cleaning schedules are followed.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
