Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean kitchen and wash/sort dishes; keep dish area organized.
• Set up dish stations, including machines and sinks.
• Keep floors clean and dry throughout the shift.
• Wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
• Assist in storing food deliveries promptly.
• Manage trash cans and remove full cans at shift end.
• Keep dry storage area organized and shelves tidy.
• Follow posted daily dish cleaning duties; assist chef/dining manager as needed.
