Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishwashing area and equipment.
• Assists in basic food preparation activities.
• Cross-trains in kitchen department roles.
• Keeps work areas, tables, walls and floors clean and sanitary.
• Removes trash and waste to dumpster area.
• Assists in assembling and breaking down dish machine.
• Supports overall kitchen operations and teamwork.
