Job summary

You will wash by machine or hand, maintain clean work areas, manage waste, and assist with inventory tasks. The role requires basic food handling skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and clear English communication; flexible schedule is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash sheet pans, dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher machine or by hand.
• Clean garbage cans with water or steam and maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Place clean pans, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas and organize deliveries.
• Deep clean of ovens, floors, counters, freezers, refrigerators, etc.
• Clean grease traps as assigned and maintain bakery production area.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required by manager or chef.
• Manage inventory of toilet supplies.
