Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils, ensuring highest standards of cleanliness.
• Monitor the temperature of the dishwashing machine daily to ensure it is operating properly.
• Remove cracked or broken dishes and notify supervisor.
• Properly store dishes, glassware, and utensils for next use.
• Dispose of all trash properly.
• Clean dishwashing machine inside and out after each shift.
• Deep clean kitchen monthly.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floor and freezer each evening.
