Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Dishwasher to join our full-time, non-exempt team. You will maintain dishes and utensils, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for service, in accordance with regulations and company policies.

The role involves dish machine operation, support in meal preparation, and assistance in dining room as needed, with a focus on respectful, resident-centered service.

Qualifications

• Demonstration of our Core Values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.
• Experience in the dietary department of healthcare facility preferred.
• Ability to operate dish machine and maintain sanitary standards.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, rack, and place soiled dishes in dish machine.
• Sort, stack and store clean dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish machine room and dietary area.
• Fill, clean, and empty dish machine.
• Know and maintain dish machine temperature controls for wash and rinse cycles.
• Assist in meal preparation.
• Assist in the dining room, as needed.
• Cooperate and work with staff and treat all residents and team members with respect.
