Belmont Village Senior Living in San Diego area is seeking a Dishwasher/Steward to support our luxury senior living community. You will keep dishes, equipment and kitchen areas clean, sanitized and ready for service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and pride in quality service with a dependable schedule and no late-night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Ability to follow daily instructions for assignments.
• Experience with cleaning standards in a commercial kitchen.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable attendance is essential for Belmont Village employees.
• Offers may require post-employment screening including background, drug test and TB testing.

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks in the kitchen, operate the dish machine, clean equipment, sweep/mop floors, maintain appliances.
• Ensure proper storage/handling of food and equipment to meet health standards.
• Assist cooks with non-food prep tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen and dish room.
• Assist with stocking following food deliveries.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.

Join the culinary team at our newly constructed luxury senior living community as a Dishwasher / Steward, where your experience maintaining a clean, organized and andefficient kitchen will be an important part of delivering an exceptional dining experience.

You’ll work alongside our culinary team in a professional, hospitality-focused environment, helping keep dishes, equipment and kitchen work areas clean, sanitized and ready for service. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work assigned shifts including early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
