Responsibilities

• Assist in proper storage of raw and leftover foods.
• Complete daily and scheduled cleaning duties.
• Ensure food storage and work areas are clean and safe.
• Dispose of food and waste per policy.
• Review menus and inspect plates before preparation.
• Establish efficient food service production lines to ensure timely meals.
• Other duties as assigned.
