Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Dishwasher for Sun Mountain Lodge in Winthrop, WA. This role operates the dishwasher to clean dishes and utensils, restocks supplies, and performs general kitchen cleaning to maintain health standards.

Ideal candidates may have a High School diploma and some hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some related field experience and hospitality exposure preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to read labels and communicate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils; restock glasses, silverware, and plates.
• Perform general cleaning to comply with health standards.
• Store food stock and dry goods; rotate first in, first out.
• Remove trash to dumpster on loading dock.
• Work varying schedules to meet hotel business needs.
• Other duties such as spill cleanup and guest requests.
