Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a kitchen/dishwashing team member to ensure clean china, silverware and glassware for service. You will support Cooks, Bussers, Bartenders and Servers, while maintaining a sanitary, safe work area.

We value dedicated, hardworking individuals who can follow verbal instructions and work evenings, weekends and holidays when needed. Food handler certification is preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• Food handler certification is preferred, where applicable.
• Candidate should be dedicated, hardworking and reliable.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate kitchen and dishwashing equipment safely.
• Wash dishes, glassware, equipment, and silverware by hand when necessary.
• Keep kitchen area clean, dry and debris-free.
• Restock supplies and process deliveries promptly and safely.
• Remove trash and debris from the restaurant routinely.
• Assist other restaurant staff with tasks as needed.
• Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as required.
