Specifically, you’ll be helping us launch Mkutano House, an exciting new restaurant concept focused on community, fresh local ingredients, and “scratch” cooking.

You aren’t just washing plates; you’re supporting a global conservation organization dedicated to saving species.

In a busy scratch kitchen, the dishwasher is the backbone of the operation. You’ll be working in a fast‑paced environment to make sure the chefs and guests have everything they need.

• Operating and cleaning the industrial dishwashing machine.
• Hand‑washing pots, pans, and specialized kitchen tools.
• Keeping your work area organized, safe, and sparkling clean.
• Helping out other kitchen staff with inventory and stocking when things get busy.

Who We’re Looking For

We want someone who takes pride in their work and shows up with a positive attitude.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
• Skills: You should be able to follow verbal and written instructions and stay calm when the kitchen gets busy.
• Experience: Knowing your way around a dish machine is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.
• Certification: You’ll need to get a Food Handler’s Card within your first 30 days.
