Job summary

Buona Forchetta in Encinitas, CA is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join our casual dining team. You’ll wash and sanitize dishes, keep the kitchen clean, and help maintain a safe, organized work area.

This is a tipped position with both full-time and part-time hours. Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but dependability and teamwork are valued above all.

What You’ll Do:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and in line with health and safety standards
• Properly store all clean dishes and equipment
• Help maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
• Lend a hand in other areas of the kitchen or restaurant when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high volume restaurants
• Someone dependable and punctual
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player attitude
• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $18-$20/hour based on experience.
Position: Full-time & Part-time available. This is a tipped position.
