Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is hiring for a new restaurant opening in High Point, NC. Earn $15-$20 per hour and join a quick, high-energy team focused on keeping the dish pit running smoothly and the kitchen clean.

No experience is required, and you’ll be trained to move dishes, utensils and smallwares through the machine, help the team, and grow from the line to kitchen leadership with real advancement opportunities. We offer flexible schedules and benefits.

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stock room areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
