Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is hiring entry-level kitchen staff to maintain dish flow, keep the dish pit clean, and support the team across shifts. This role emphasizes reliability and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stock room areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
