Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Clarksville, TN is looking for a dependable teammate to join the dish pit. You’ll keep dishes, utensils, and smallwares moving through the machine and back to the line, while helping the kitchen stay clean and safe.

No experience is required. Earn $14-$19 an hour with competitive pay and flexible schedules, plus meals, benefits where eligible, and opportunities to advance from line to pitmaster and beyond.

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stock room areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
