Job summary

BFS Foods' Hancock Truckstop Restaurant in Hancock, MD is seeking a Dish Washer to join a fast-paced kitchen team. You will be responsible for thoroughly sanitizing dishware, utensils, pots, and pans, and for maintaining the kitchen work area and equipment.

Along with cleaning drains and replacing sanitizer in the tank, you will keep the dish area and floor free of debris and store clean items in proper areas according to cleanliness standards. Mobility and teamwork are essential for this role.
