Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Speak English fluently; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employees.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles.
• Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
• Have contagious energy.
• Be a team player.
• Have great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning all prep equipment, silverware, and dishes according to sanitation requirements.
• Keeping the dish pit organized.
• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
• Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Remove all trash from dishwashing station.
