Job summary

Pollo Campero in Los Angeles is seeking a motivated Dishwasher/BOH team member to ensure a steady supply of clean tableware and cookware while following food-safety procedures.

You will clean prep equipment and dishes, keep the dish pit organized, and maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Speak English fluently; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employees.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles.
• Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
• Have contagious energy.
• Be a team player.
• Have great communication skills.
