Job summary

Kansas City Live! is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support our bustling kitchen. You will maintain the dish area, operate the dishwashing machine and assist with cleaning and organization across spaces.

Must be able to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Fluent English required; prior restaurant experience preferred. Join our team and help us keep service flowing smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the dish room and dish machine, and assists with cleaning other areas of the space as requested.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
• Perform more than one task at a time.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Operate dish washing machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
• Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans throughout the shift.
• Keep all trash and dumpster areas clean and organized.
• Assist with taking out garbage when needed.
• Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.

The American roadhouse look and feel is informed by the thousands of locally legendary restaurants, bars and all-around dives that he’s visited around the country.And of course, any good party has to have great food. Within the Dive, Guy has added his Taco Joint, featuring his signature tacos and Mexican classics, as well as a flavorful full bar menu with margaritas and a shot menu for the brave-at-heart.

Dishwasher Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
