Tallow Steakhouse in Round Rock, TX is hiring a dishwasher to maintain a smooth flow of clean ware, pots and pans, and a sanitary kitchen environment. You will follow health and safety regulations, operate dishwashing equipment, and assist in prep as needed.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Stand for long periods.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler’s Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures.

Mansioni

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Set up/break down dishwashing machine. Wash all tableware, silverware, pots, and pans in a timely and orderly manner.
• Keep dishwashing machine landing area and stainless steel clean and dry.
• Monitor machine water temperatures and chemical levels.
• Monitor items for cleanliness and rewash when necessary.
• Store clean China, glassware, silverware, and small wares properly.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and work environment.
• Assist in maintaining clean floors, walk-ins, dry storage, and freezers.
