You will operate and monitor dishwashing equipment, assist with prep as needed, and support the culinary team to ensure timely service and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain a current Food Handler’s Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs with safe techniques.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Set up/break down dishwashing machine and wash all tableware, silverware, pots and pans promptly.
• Keep the station clean and dry; monitor water temperatures and chemical levels.
• Ensure cleanliness of all items; rewash as needed and store properly.
• Maintain walk-in, dry storage and freezer areas; comply with health regulations.
• Follow safety rules, obtain Food Handler’s Certification, and adhere to management directions.
• Arrive on time for shifts; wear proper uniform and work as a team.
• Assist in prep duties and keep workstation organized and sanitary.
