Qualifications

• Stand for long periods during shifts.

• Maintain current Food Handler’s Certification and practice sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Set up/break down dishwashing machine; wash tableware, silverware, pots, and pans.
• Keep dishwashing area clean and dry; monitor water temperatures and chemical levels.
• Properly store all clean chinaware, glassware, and utensils.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and work environment.
• Follow health and safety regulations and restaurant regulations as outlined by management.
