Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Wash all tableware, silverware, pots, and pans in a timely and orderly manner.
• Set up/break down dishwashing area and operate equipment safely.
• Keep kitchen and walk-in areas clean and dry; monitor cleanliness.
• Follow health and safety regulations and Chef de Cuisine guidance.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and wear proper uniform.
• Assist in prep duties as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of the dishwashing station.
