• Inventory Control: Monitor and report shortages or issues with dishwashing supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dishwashing:Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Kitchen Cleaning:Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area by regularly emptying trash, cleaning food preparation areas, and ensuring equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Utensil and Equipment Sorting:Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in an organized manner for easy access by kitchen staff.
• Assist Kitchen Team:Provide support to kitchen staff as needed, including helping with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks during busy periods.
• Safety and Sanitation:Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning agents.
• Inventory Control:Monitor and report any shortages or issues with dishwashing supplies and equipment.
• Teamwork:Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
