Dishwasher (Full-Time) - The Reserve at Mills Farm

The Reserve at Mills Farm is looking to add a Dishwasher to our team. Our Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, including dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, and the storage and rotation of food and supplies. The Dishwasher also handles janitorial duties in dining areas such as the Dining Room, Bistro, and other related areas.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Wash specific items by hand (e.g., wooden cutting boards, large pots, delicate china)
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment properly
• Ensure sufficient clean dishes, glasses, and utensils are available, especially during peak hours
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
• Check operation of washing machines and report any issues

Requirements

• Work experience as a Dishwasher or in Wait Staff is preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks
• Good time management skills
• Attention to detail and adherence to sanitation rules
• High school diploma is a plus
• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
