Job description

The Reserve at Mills Farm is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The role involves performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, including dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, as well as storage and rotation of food and supplies. The Dishwasher will also handle janitorial duties in dining areas such as the Dining Room and Bistro.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Wash specific items by hand, such as wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment properly
• Ensure availability of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils during peak hours
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
• Check operation of washing machines and report issues promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in Wait Staff is preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks
• Good time management skills
• Attention to detail and adherence to sanitation rules
• High school diploma is a plus
• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
