Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwasher and clean food service equipment according to schedule.
• Wash, clean and dry pots, pans and other kitchen equipment.
• Remove trash; maintain sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with supervisor and residents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
