Qualifications

• Entry level position with on-the-job training
• Minors (under the age of 18) must obtain a valid work permit, if required by the State in which they are being employed

Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown of the dishwashing area.
• Prepare and break down the dish machine and scraping area for service ware and pots.
• Work with other dishwashers as a team, scraping, racking, washing the service ware, and returning it to the established storage area.
