Job Title: Dishwasher

Sign-on Bonus: $500.00 (Details provided upon interview and hire)

• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Dishwasher positions.
• Location: VCU Health - 1250 East Marshall Street, Richmond, VA 23298. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules; days and hours may vary. Part-time: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous dishwasher experience preferred but not required.
• Perks: $1 shift differential for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.
• Pay Range: $15.00 to $15.25 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or using dishwashing machines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays as per procedures.
• Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper temperature and chemical levels.
• Keep dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Clean kitchen floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and maintain garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist in loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
