We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time DISHWASHER positions.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in the dishwashing machine, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays following assigned procedures.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and methods to ensure cleanliness.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps the dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors for sanitation.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash, sanitizes garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Helps load and unload supplies and products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
