Job Title: Dishwasher

Location: Idaho State University

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time DISHWASHER positions at the address: 1065 South 8th Ave, Pocatello, ID 83209. Online applications are accepted only.

Job Summary

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen work areas in sanitary condition.

Essential Duties

1. Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes by hand or using dishwashing machines to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Washes pots, pans, and trays following assigned procedures.
3. Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
4. Ensures compliance with safety procedures and maintains proper chemical and temperature levels.
5. Keeps dish area tidy and safe, including sweeping and mopping floors.
6. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other surfaces.
7. Removes trash and maintains garbage areas.
8. Transfers supplies and helps load/unload supplies and products.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
