Location

Bucknell University, Elaine Langone Center, Lewisburg, PA 17837.

Schedule

Full‑time and part‑time positions are available. Day and evening shifts may be assigned; detailed schedule will be discussed at interview.

Compensation

Fixed pay rate: $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Prior dishwashing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job.
• Adherence to safety and sanitation procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes, pots, pans, and trays by hand or using machines.
• Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation of all utensils.
• Polish silver using assigned equipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain temperature and chemical levels per standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and clean garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
