• Location: Fidelity Contra - 2 Contra Way, Merrimack, NH 03054 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: No experience necessary. Willing to train!

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash by hand or load into racks or conveyor dishwashers, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to procedures, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and techniques, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keep the dish area clean and organized, complying with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and clean trash cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
