Job Title: Dishwasher

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Dishwasher position at Sodo Culinex South, 360 Corporate Drive North, Tukwila, WA 98188. Online applications are accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, work areas, equipment, and utensils in a sanitary and orderly condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or using machines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Wash pots, pans, and trays following procedures.
3. Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
4. Follow safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
5. Keep the dish area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
6. Clean kitchen floors, worktables, walls, and other food prep surfaces.
7. Remove trash, clean garbage cans, and transfer supplies as needed.
8. Assist in loading and unloading supplies and products.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
