We are hiring immediately for a full-time DISHWASHER position.

Summary: Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, work areas, equipment, and utensils in sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scrape and rinse food from dishes; wash by hand or machine, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays following procedures.
• Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keep dish area orderly and safe.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Clean work surfaces and food prep areas.
• Remove trash and clean cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
