Requirements

• Proven kitchen experience
• Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
• Familiarity with industry’s best practices
• Culinary school diploma a plus
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in small spaces, fast-paced environments, and on a moving train
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Availability for day or evening, holiday, and weekend shifts
• Food Handler's/Serve Safe Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Speak & Read English - Minimum
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old

Must haves

• Available weekends
• Some restaurant experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods
