• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am - 4pm (hours vary)
• Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

1. Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or machine, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Wash pots, pans, and trays as per procedures.
3. Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
4. Follow safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
5. Keep dish area orderly, clean floors, wash prep surfaces, and handle trash appropriately.
6. Assist with loading and unloading supplies.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.
