Job Summary

Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, and work areas in sanitary condition.

Essential Duties:

• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays following procedures.
• Polish silverware using appropriate equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keep dish area organized and clean floors and surfaces.
• Remove trash and assist in loading/unloading supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
