Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dishwasher to keep our kitchen and dining areas clean and organized in a long‑term care facility. You will play a key role in maintaining sanitary surfaces, washing dishes, and supporting a safe, welcoming dining environment for residents and staff.

No formal experience is required beyond a high school diploma, but familiarity with food safety is helpful. Training will be provided, and we offer benefits and opportunities for career development within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with occupants and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lb, push/pull up to 50 lb, and stand for extended periods.
• State/county required ServSafe or Food Handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness by sanitizing equipment, workstations, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Dispose of waste and recycle materials as needed.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Starting from USD $19.00/Hr.

• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required based on State / County law.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Additional Pay Information

Pay wage will vary based on objective factors, including location, years of experience, staffing needs, and other business reasons.
