Job Summary

Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, trays, work areas, and equipment in a sanitary condition.

Essential Duties

1. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and trays, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and procedures.
3. Follow safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
4. Keep the dish area orderly and clean floors regularly.
5. Clean work surfaces, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep areas.
6. Dispose of trash properly and clean garbage cans.
7. Transfer supplies and assist with loading/unloading supplies.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
