Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for full-time DISHWASHER positions.

Location: Morrison Healthcare - 2500 Belle Chasse Highway, Terrytown, LA 70056. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, 6:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday, including rotating weekends. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous dishwashing experience preferred.

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen areas in sanitary condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Scrapes, rinses, and washes dishes by hand or using dishwashing machines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
2. Washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures.
3. Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
4. Follows safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
5. Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
6. Sweeps and mops kitchen floors, cleans work surfaces and equipment.
7. Removes trash and maintains waste areas.
8. Transfers supplies and assists in loading/unloading supplies.
9. Performs additional duties as assigned.
