Job summary

Cypress Cove in Fort Myers, FL, is seeking a dishwasher to ensure clean dishes and efficient service for daily meals. You will operate dishwashing equipment or hand-wone methods, transport clean tableware, and manage supplies to meet meal schedules.

Ideal candidates have up to a month of related experience, can communicate in English, and can repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds while standing and walking throughout shifts. This is a full-time, community-based role with benefits.

Qualifications

• One-month related experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk.

Responsibilities

• Cleans dishes, pots, pans, glassware and silverware by hand or machine.
• Transports clean and dry tableware and cookware to their proper places.
• Ensures enough cleaned tableware to meet meal schedules.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• One-month related experience preferred.
• Must possess an interest and compassion for the elderly.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand; walk; use hands to grasp, handle, or feel.
