Job description

The Steward works with the culinary team to clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, kitchen, and other equipment, ensuring guest satisfaction by adhering to standards of time, product, and placement.

Responsibilities include:

• Following all policies and procedures.
• Reporting maintenance needs to the Sous Chef.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Verifying and cleaning the dish machine, including assembly, temperature checks, and water changes.
• Storing excess china, glass, and silverware appropriately.
• Thoroughly cleaning the dish machine at shift end.
• Sweeping and mopping the kitchen at least twice per shift.
• Checking dishes for cleanliness as they come out of the machine.

Additional information:

Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
