Responsibilities:

• Properly clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment including knives, pots, pans, bowls, etc., using a 3-compartment sink.
• Maintain work area, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in proper storage areas.
• Operate all necessary equipment according to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies outlined in employee handbook and manuals.
• Report safety or equipment issues immediately.
• Work in extreme cold, wet, or humid conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Weekend availability.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Operate equipment safely and correctly.
• Regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
