This hands-on position offers a great combination of kitchen operations and catering services, with approximately 50% of your time dedicated to dishwashing and kitchen support and 50% assisting with catering preparation, delivery, and event setup.

You’ll play an important role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly while helping deliver an exceptional food service experience to our guests.

Key Accountabilities

Dishwashing & Kitchen Support (Approximately 50%)

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment following established food safety procedures.
• Properly organize and store clean dishes, cookware, and equipment.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen workstations, storage areas, and service areas.
• Sweep and mop floors, remove trash, and complete general cleaning tasks as needed.
• Follow established HACCP guidelines, sanitation procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Additional duties as assigned

Catering & Food Service Support (Approximately 50%)

• Assist with preparing, assembling, and packaging grab-and-go food items.
• Organize and prepare food, beverages, supplies, and equipment for catering events.
• Deliver catering orders and assist with event setup throughout the facility.
• Ensure catering displays and service areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Assist with event breakdown, cleanup, and proper storage of catering equipment and supplies.
• Support the culinary team with additional food service responsibilities as needed.

Safety & Team Support

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety policies.
• Proactively identify and help prevent potential safety hazards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, potentially up to 10 hours per shift, excluding breaks.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment with changing priorities and time-sensitive deadlines.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks associated with dishwashing, cleaning, and catering setup.
• Willingness to assist across kitchen and catering operations as business needs require.
