Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf in Queen Creek, AZ seeks a Dishwasher to maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen and keep dishes, utensils, and equipment clean. Reports to the Food & Beverage Supervisor.

You’ll support kitchen and banquet staff, follow food safety standards, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings. Previous cafe/restaurant dishwashing experience preferred; must have a valid Food Handlers Card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Current Food Handlers Card.
• Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Keep dishwashing area clean and orderly; follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and other containers; use dishwashing machine as needed.
• Return all dishes and equipment to designated storage areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors; clean worktables and walls according to sanitation standards.
• Assist with stocking and prep tasks as needed; support kitchen and banquet staff.
