Qualifications

• Ability to maintain sanitary kitchen areas and follow safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the station and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, and utensils in orderly, sanitary condition.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays; ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silverware and keep dish area clean and safe.
• Assist with loading/unloading supplies and equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
