Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for full-time and part-time Dishwasher positions at Methodist Healthcare Germantown Hospital in Germantown, TN. Shifts include 5:00 am–12:00 pm, 9:00 am–8:00 pm, and 12:00 pm–8:00 pm with rotating weekends. Prior related experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwasher; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays following procedures to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate methods to maintain cleanliness.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to uphold safety and sanitation.
• Removes trash and disposes of waste properly.
